Ryobi zero turn electric mowers are on sale at Home Depot. With the discount and the free bagging kit, this is ~$450 off list price. The 100 Ah mode is also on sale.
Was looking at the ryobi but with so many ego tools here and already a self propelled push mower I went with the ego. Got it for 4500 and been in love with it every time I get on.
If you have ego equipment already as well it's great getting four extra batteries to use. I put my largest batteries in the zt6 and take out as needed. Just a jumbo charger.

Got mine at Lowe's. Did use a 10% off code I found and worked great. Was delivered about 2 days still in the crate. Took about an hour to get out of the thing and built up.
Got a few hours on it so far and enjoying each and every mow.

Was it available for just a minute? I was watching and had a notification setup but it never showed it in stock

Nope. One of my local stores had it on display and had one boxed up. Had it in my cart throughout the day but once I got my coupon and it worked , was all good for an order.
A few others around didn't have a display so no stock available.
I purchased this Craftsman at Lowe's mid summer 2020 for $2050. A customer purchased and returned after his wife said no way are you paying $3495 for it! I also had them throw in the mulching blades. I have over 3/4 acre and love this thing. Still have battery life left when left when done. Lithium battery life on this sized battery under the hood is roughly 1,200 charge cycles and it's a huge massive battery placed where engine goes. It's like the battery in your phones and there is no battery life loss so far just like lithium battery in your phone. And it looks exactly like a Craftsman engine tractor, and all the neighbors come to look at it!

Thanks. Didn't know that one existed. Might need to keep a lookout for it if my John Deere starts giving me trouble.
Waiting for the self driving version at these prices. Yeah, I know...they have them but in large robot vacuum size.
Not going to lie, that would be amazing and I would be all in on something like that, really shocked they haven't done it yet. You should be able to have sensors installed around your yard and then just have your mower go out and take care of the lawn whenever. Quiet mowers that you don't have to operate yourself would be a game changer, would also decimate the lawn care industry. I hated the cold of winter but love the warmth of spring and summer, but now I hate the sound of mowers and other lawn equipment ruining my peace and quiet.
Debating on paying a lawn service at $55 a pop to cut my lawn until these go on clearance or to just roll with it! Anyone else in the same dilemma?
Another option is to buy a used rider until the prices on electric mowers drop. Chances are you'll be able to sell it for close to what you paid once you get your electric mower.

🤦 Check the link. The band secures the phone to u, not u to the mower.
