100% a return. I returned mine as well. Signal strength is horrible. You have to be within just a few feet of the track for it to work well enough which means I couldn't have it docked. Great idea, horrible execution.

Mine has one at thats price and the rest aren't. The one that's this price is a return and you can see all the tape they used to seal it
