I have 2 of these monitors at work (I have a lot of Chrome and other windows open). I put a window in each corner and it's like having 4x 16" 1080p screens in one [displaywars.com]. If that's too small, I'd recommend getting a 43" TV for this usage so each corner is effectively a 21.5" screen [displaywars.com].

I use PowerToys' FancyZones for moving apps to the corners instead of having to have pixel-perfect mouse placement using native Windows 10 snapping.

Ask me any questions you have.

Depends on your workspace and how far the screen is from your face.

I used to work with a 50" 4K monitor 3 feet from my face. Was great for productivity bad for my health.

My husband works in motion graphics, and uses a 27" iMac. He just needs another monitor for work. 4k is good, would this be good for him? Or overkill? Or not enough? He doesn't usually work on 4k content, but maybe sometimes. I have no idea what to get him, and he is even less tech savvy than I, so he couldn't tell me what to get him either.

This should be good enough. If for some reason he doesn't like it, you can always return it

Looking to upgrade me Viewsonic XG3220

This seems inferior. Any other recommendations for light gaming/ excel work in normal aspect ratios only.

Seems like a great deal, but 32" is just huge for regular work lol. I returned one a few weeks ago and went back to 27"
Maybe I'm just getting old and my eyes going, but for me 32" is perfect for having two windows side-by-side which I use daily for editing documents and spreadsheets, having Outlook and web browser up simultaneously, or for pretending to pay attention in a Zoom meeting while I get work done on the other half of the screen.

The only way I'd go back to a smaller screen is if I went with a multi-monitor setup. But, at least for me, 32" is the Goldilocks size for single monitor work.

Keep in mind this display will not even be close in quality to the iMac. I tried reproducing it with a 4K 27" screen and it is very difficult. But if it's just a spare "add-on" screen it should be fine.

Any recommendation for 43 inch tv models? Thanks. I thought some low-end model may not display pc contents very well.
LG 48" OLED CX version is the defacto best image quality and will do 120Hz over its HDMI v2.1 port. Highly recommend, granted 48" is one large monitor. Micro center has some refurbs for $1,000.

Finally another one that aees this isaue isame problem with old vizio tvs thar are lower end the sides are clupped unless u view each corner at dirrexrly in feont of it whxich would clip the opposite side even more. This is a haedware tging not software overscanning issue. Can be mitigated somewhat by large icons or increasing windows scaling.

Yeah I don't have an issue with it. I'm not picky so it's fine for me. When I got a 2nd one, the colors were different so they have different settings to look similar. I got used to any minor differences in a day.
