Don't buy this. This company has pissed off their whole user base by starting to charge for something that was promised to always be free. Shooting for that subscription model now.
Until they change their mind again. If someone breaks their word once don't give em another chance to break it again.

Yes, but they realized quickly what they did and backtracked. It's still free and always will be they stated.

They've also retired software that ended up bricking older machines.
They're going to IPO and looking for ways to make money, they know many of their users run a business using their machines and they want a slice. I'd still avoid.
It's used to put heat transfer vinyl onto cloth. This being the mini version it is good for putting iron-ons onto shoes, baseball caps, doll clothes, anything tiny. It has consistent heat across the entire element and can reach temperatures of 400° F. A regular iron has hot spots and cold spots. This is much better. This is the tiny one though, so if you don't need to iron-on to small items get a bigger one. This wouldn't be practical to do a shirt or tote or anything like that.
Making your own t-shirts is addictive. I bought my wife a Cricut 2 years ago and somewhere between then and now I unintentionally commandeered it and started making my own shirts. This item does small heat transfer vinyl items but you'll want to to get an actual heat press to do larger logos.

Do you mind sharing exactly what we need? Me and my wife have been trying to use the cricut and always stop a project before we really get started. Even pointing us to your favorite guide would be appreciated. We have a Cricut Maker and just want a shirt with a tiny picture of our dogs face on it lol

Yeah, I agree, my wife had an older machine and it became a paperweight... Me, I wasn't happy, but not many other choices in that field and my wife wanted another one. So we got one of the cricuit maker or something, idk, but she is happy
