$399 with 20% off coupon or beyond membership! I had a Botvac connected that lived for 4 years and was great, these pick up way more pet hair than the roborocks (I have an S7 for comparison)
Neato's are life-changing robot vacs. I've loved mine since I got it in 2018. I'm not ready to upgrade yet, but if I were, this is the one I'd buy. The no-go lines in the app are pure genius (and this means you don't have to put magnets around your house to have your robot vac avoid what you want it to avoid).
Hint for newbies to the robot vac game: Take 1-ply of a tissue and set it over the filter before you hook it into the dust bin. This will stop all the dust and debris from clogging the filter, without affecting the suction at all.
We have ours run everyday, so dumping the dustbin and putting in a new tissue is just an old habit for us. Ours is 2 years 5 months old, still works great, battery still charges just fine. We've only had to replace the sweeper/beater bar thing once.

Do not use tissue paper as pre filter
Do not expose filter to water
Wipe down bin every time you clean filter.
Nah, my way works fine for us. I'm not going to vacuum the filter every time I dump the bin, and I'm not wiping down the bin either. I dump it, place a tissue, and move on.

Neato D8 has been released. Not sure of the differences, perhaps others know. Looks like it is time to clear out old stock
I just invested in a D7 last month and so far it does a great job. I compared the D8 and the D7 and IMO the D7 has everything I need. Plus, IMO, there are many more aftermarket parts for the D3-D7s (all use the same parts). I have 3 dogs and am always shocked to see how much dirt and hair comes off my hardwood floors and 2 area rugs.
