Same exact specs, same warranty, same accessories. I would say there's a 99% chance it's the exact same pump. Greenworks is in stock at a lot of Lowes stores which is nice.
I just picked up the Greenworks today, it's great for the size and price. Super small and light, has enough power for cars.

But you won't really find many over 1.2gpm actual output under $200. The cheapest pressure washer that actually has a rated output above like 1.4gpm is the Active VE52.
Karcher makes good ones for $130 or so(K1700) but they're not really good enough to justify $50 over something like this.
