Biggest annoyance with this is that on the iOS app (apparently Android does not have this issue), it doesn't keep you logged in. So when you open the app it has to log back in every time, which is annoying, especially if you're right at the edge of your WiFI or have a weak cellular signal.
Only other issue is that the beeps it plays when closing are SUPER loud. And I get that's the point -- for safety -- but it's still too loud. So I put a bit of duct tape over the speaker grill and it's still perfectly hearable but not quite so shrill.
I originally thought it was a big deal that you couldn't directly link this to Alexa, though I did find a way to do it by running it through SimpleCommands. I thought I would use voice command a lot (I'm a big user of voice-command lighting and other home automation) but I've only used it once or twice in about a year for the garage door. I wouldn't miss not having that functionality.
I still think having one of these is totally worth it though. Even the ability to just check the app from bed to see if you remembered to close the door.
I tried the Amazon key once. I got a $20 discount for the first time using it. I just made sure I was home. I even connected my Amazon cloud camera so it would record the drop off. I have two other wyze cameras in there as well.
I will never use Amazon key again though. Mysteriously the Amazon cloud camera "went offline" and failed to record the drop off as soon as they opened the garage door. Meanwhile I was watching live from the wyze cameras. They are only supposed to go 2-3 feet into the garage, but he took it all the way up to the door. I took that as a lesson and removed the Amazon key integration immediately.

FYI, must make sure you have good wifi signal to your garage regardless 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. if you don't have good wifi signal there don't use these smart thing it become stupid thing
Would the hub be able to communicate well enough to get a signal through two walls to the other garage, or pass through one garage door and other. Depending on the location of the hub of course.

I can see they are putting effort to make their app center of the smart home hub, instead of making better integration with mature smart home platforms. I will probably do more research on a HomeKit adapter instead of this if I need to upgrade my garage door opener.
"Hey Google, turn on {myspecialword}" to open the garage door and off to close it. or I can even ask google if myspecialword is on to know if it is open or closed.

Craftsman opener. It is supported. Removed light bulbs (LED issue) and still no go.
