Been looking to pick one of these up for awhile now seems like a good price was marked down from $129.99.
According to CCC this is the lowest price in 3 years.
I read alot of the reviews people need to be aware swinging heavily while doing abs may cause it to lift off the ground. For me it's not a huge issue planning on putting some 45 plates if I get to that point but there are also holes so you can secure it to the floor, etc.
There's also a Marcy's brand model on sale I originally was looking at but being a guy this one is more ergonomic for me

Same I don't think I've seen any deals on these either but was always a staple for me before I started my home gym.
Never really had a good way to do back extensions and abs. I have hanging straps for my tower but will be nice to have this as an option for more of the upper abs and hip flexors.

Yeah, I never used this for abs. Always just did decline situps and weighted Crunches, Oblique twists and side bends but im glad to give this a try. I also got a power tower for hanging knee and leg raises for hip flexor and lower abs so this should pair nicely.

I used one for rehab but also for powerlifting. This thing is excellent for strengthening stability for lifts. I've done this with weights but also can attach bands too for resistance if you need something progressive
Strengthening the lower back muscles, not really for decompression like an inversion table.
I guess this one is a little more versatile. Could almost be used as a GHD
