Been looking to pick one of these up for awhile now seems like a good price was marked down from $129.99.

According to CCC this is the lowest price in 3 years.

I read alot of the reviews people need to be aware swinging heavily while doing abs may cause it to lift off the ground. For me it's not a huge issue planning on putting some 45 plates if I get to that point but there are also holes so you can secure it to the floor, etc.

There's also a Marcy's brand model on sale I originally was looking at but being a guy this one is more ergonomic for me Wink.

I don't think I've ever seen one of these on Slick Deals. I have an inversion table that I dont really use (teeter hang ups) so I'm thinking of replacing it with this. Bought one while making that decision though, thank you.

Same I don't think I've seen any deals on these either but was always a staple for me before I started my home gym.
Never really had a good way to do back extensions and abs. I have hanging straps for my tower but will be nice to have this as an option for more of the upper abs and hip flexors.

Yeah, I never used this for abs. Always just did decline situps and weighted Crunches, Oblique twists and side bends but im glad to give this a try. I also got a power tower for hanging knee and leg raises for hip flexor and lower abs so this should pair nicely.

I am not sure if this is a deal or not a deal, what i will say is that when i look into the used market on facebook/craigslist and ebay people are selling similar items at 100+ used.. for putting together my home gym this seems like a good item to use until i can get a beefier one.

I've wanted a hyperextension for a while. I'm on the fence with this because it does look like you can stagger the foot holds to put you at an angle. Only 300 lb capacity, so I'm a little nervous about using plates with it since I'm assuming that's a static capacity.

As others have said this is amazing for strengthening the low back.

I used one for rehab but also for powerlifting. This thing is excellent for strengthening stability for lifts. I've done this with weights but also can attach bands too for resistance if you need something progressive

probably it de-compresses the back and allows the disc vertebrae membrane to expand allowing fluid to enter the disc space

Strengthening the lower back muscles, not really for decompression like an inversion table.

Dumb question, but has anyone tried to put a bench in the middle and use the padded side to do focused curls? Looks like it would work.

I am a little torn between this or a regular hyperextension bench that folds up like this one: https://www.titan.fitness/strengt...00919.html

I guess this one is a little more versatile. Could almost be used as a GHD
