Cliff's Notes:
Either get a COVID test within 72hrs from an approved testing facility, or deal with a 10 day quarantine once you arrive (which comes out of your pocket, btw).
For travel there are no vaccine requirements from the state of Hawaii.
Each airline has their own mask policies, however I flew Delta and a single layer mask was acceptable. I used gaitors while I was on the island, but disposable masks flying back and forth.
If you choose quarantine, DO NOT LEAVE THE APPROVED AREA, DO NOT LET YOUR CELL LEAVE THE APPROVED AREA, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD USED OUTSIDE THE APPROVED AREA
