See attached for their service areas in Nevada.
I received a smart thermostat rebate from PG&E a couple years ago, so not sure if I would qualify for this or not. Don't want to risk $100.

Is this your first time claiming a smart thermostat from ComEd? I claimed one a few years ago so I wonder if that makes me ineligible for another one. I know ComEd's air purifier and dehumidifier rebate limits reset every calendar year but not sure about the smart thermostat.
