You can save an additional $250 on your order if you order them one by one. I just ordered two separate orders and I got the $25 dollar coupons for both cameras $50. The 05OTMPSQ coupon code, however, only worked once.
which hikvision compatible camera from the hikvision site did you pick. The firmware page wants me to pick a one of their cameras to download the firmware but I don't know which one to pick.
That was a very helpful video, thanks. I always seem to rush into these surveillance cams without doing my homework. I am a nube to surveillance cams lol. I liked the picture quality of the Reolink better than the Annke and the price is about the same. So I am switching and canceled my earlier annke order. Hopefully, the Reolink RLC-810A will work with my Synology DS920+ and Unifi 8-port gigabit switch 203.3af PoE

One Amazon review says the firmware update to Hikvision was disabled (C800 bullet). How did you update your IP cam?
You use the camera's web interface to upgrade the firmware.
Just use a 'G5' hikvision firmware and you should be good to go.
The TFTP method can be used when you accidentally brick your camera.

His videos are awesome. Glad it helped.
FYI - The Hookup makes misleading review videos:
You should not fully trust his security camera reviews, they are clearly very problematic.
You use the camera's web interface to upgrade the firmware.
Just use a 'G5' hikvision firmware and you should be good to go.
The TFTP method can be used when you accidentally brick your camera.
