Our Casper felt fantastic when new. Was ok at 6 months. Terrible at 1 year, which was last month. No support and hard in the divots where we sleep. Nice in the middle though. Gave it away. Just bought an Avocado mattress. Hope that this mattress lasts longer.

Your "advice" doesn't apply to 99% of the population. You know, normal people who just want to buy furniture, not build their own. You make it sound like its easy but there is nothing easier than just buying a finished product that you can immediately use

I've had my Casper for about two and a half years and have zero complaints.

Bought this in Feb for 499. Can I buy it again and return using old receipt to get the difference?
yup, I did the same earlier.. bought and immediately returned with older receipt .. not cool.. but 80$ -100$ is real money

Spa sensation mattresses are 1/2 this price and lasts longer. We've had our king for 5 years and it's still very good. Our guest king was a Casper, 8mons was sagging - it's fine now as a rarely used guest room mattress, but it was expensive lesson nonetheless

This is my main worry... good for occasional use.. not good for daily use.

Weird! Showing up in stock in my store, but the discount is not being applied for Queen size. Anybody got this issue resolved?

how do you like the bed?
Coming from my old 15 year boxspring, definetly a noticeable improvement. This is more on the firm side, which I like, as I was having some minor lower back pain when waking up before. Now, after around 2 months, that pain is barely there, if at all. So working well for me, now to see how it stands in the long term.

Are you taking about the 80$ discount? Based on OP post, they will quote you full price, then when you pick up they charge you the discounted price.

Another happy bed-in-a-box customer here. I've been sleeping on a Zotto cal-king for 3 years after finding out it was the mattress used at a resort I visited. I consider it a very good purchase so far, and tested many mattresses from traditional brick and mortar mattress stores.

My wife and I did a King size Nectar. It was great...for 3 months, then sagged a lot in middle and started hurting back. They refunded, and we went with LUCID 12 Inch Latex Hybrid (Med-Firm) but apparently over-shot on the firmness. It's really firm even after ~10 months, so we're in the market again.
