Yes, definitely. Bought the refurb from Woot a few months back and we use this for biscuits, pizzas and reheating all kinds of food, toasting bread or melting cheese on nachos. Works great. I find that, in my opinion, the Air Frying feature on this is good but doesn't work quite as good as the bucket style air fryers but, the convection oven setting on this (Air Roast) is absolutely awesome.

Ordered yesterday and already got it today - less than 24 hours after ordering. Impressed with the speed, but definitely doesn't appear 'new' as some other commenters said they experienced. There's some scratches and wear on mine that looks like more than just shipping damage, but I'm willing to forgive it for the price. As long as the fan is quiet and preheats as fast as others say, should turn out to be a good deal!

Unfortunately, mine came with a shattered heating element. I contacted the seller and they told me that they are out of units, so they will not be able to exchange the item. Ebay is requiring me to wait until tomorrow 4/15 to initiate the return.

I spoke too soon in my previous post and have the same issue as you. After a test drive, it was making absurdly loud buzz noises much louder than the fan and it was a matter of time before I realized the top back heating element was broken. They both are probably seperate issues, and the seller is responsive and initially offered a new product be shipped, but changed their tone when they realized they were sold out. They said only $30 back or nothing, and also won't let me wait wait for more to be in stock for a replacement. If I could fix it myself I would but it doesn't look like Ninja has replacement heating elements for their products. Hoping to see other in our position post back to see how they handled it.

Can someone tell me if it baking in the Ninja takes longer than a normal toaster oven? I just received mine and it is taking at least 5 minutes longer to bake egg frittatas (two attempts) than my old Cuisinart TOB 195. I don't have any other frozen food at home at the moment to test it.

Same experience as others. Was hoping for new but got one that was scratched and rusted on top along with a dent on the side. Seems to still work but not the condition I was hoping for.

Similar to the previous post. Mine's has noticeable scratches and rusts on the outside. Trouble making up my mind on whether to keep the unit.

It looks more like scratch & dent rather than refurbished.

Very dented on every side, some micro rust spots. No operational problems so far thankfully though probably wouldn't have bought if I had realized how dinged up their refurbished models were. All good though, happy to replace our old toaster oven, this is definitely still an upgrade!

Same experience as others, received a unit with a shattered heating element and was obviously used and dented. Since it is out of stock they offered a $20 refund to keep it. Since the elements aren't replaceable, I opted to return it.
