Knipex mini bolt cutter. I have one and it cuts nails, screws, and bolts like butter. But it costs about 10 times what this costs. That's why I want this, so I can use it on scrap material and trash when I don't want to risk damaging the teeth of my Knipex.

Edit: Looks like they renamed them, they are called Knipex CoBolt cutters now. Used to be called mini bolt cutters.

Knipex has some small and medium ones that work well... I have both sizes and have been happy with them... Made in Germany, not Chinese junk... Much more pricey than these though... So I guess it would depend on your budget.
