The way I was able to purchase for this price was to shop the Montville, NJ store zip code 07045 and check out via paypal. Shipping was free. Home Depot is selling 20 lbs of Scotts EZ Grass Seed Tall Fescue Seed and Repair Mix for $11.30 at certain stores. MSRP on this product from brick seek is $54.98 and the 3lb repair bottle is currently $15.35. I posted this yesterday but didn't realize it was store specific and marked it expired. But other members reported they were able replicate the same deal by checking out this way.

I was able to order it using a different browser (chrome) in incognito mode. I normally use firefox, but even in private mode the PayPal and Home Depot cookies must have 'made' me as a user in a higher price zone.
If you have trouble, download a different browser and you'll be able to get it to work!

Use chrome incognito mode and change your zipcode to the one he/she mentioned. Then order and have it shipped to your address using PayPal. Worked for me but I can also see them changing it soon if they find out.
