I'm just trying them for the first time. I see a lot of great reviews and the company seems to be doing this just to prove how good they are.
Use code FREEKITS and you can get a pair of their proprietary frames with lenses included. You will have to pay shipping of 9.95 but for any of you glasses wearers out there- you know that's really nothing for a new pair or even a beater pair.
I've attached a screenshot from the email I received after ordering. Just shows their commitment.
They also carry name brand frames and you can use insurance for it too. They even offer virtual eye exams, though I'm not quite sure how effective that is. I just went with their KITS brand frame to take advantage of the deal. Otherwise, you can still use the coupon for $69 towards any other frames. All of their prices online already includes prescription lenses.
I ordered the discovery frames, uploaded my prescription (you can manually type it up too), and I did not choose to do any coatings as this is a test run. The coatings were the cheapest I've ever seen from any glasses companies. Something like 20 bucks for blue block and 20 bucks for all scratch and uv resistance and all that. All those add ons usually go well over 100 when I get new glasses typically.
Wanted to share this with everyone because 10 bucks for a new pair of prescription glasses, even without coatings or anything, is an incredible deal. Nothing to lose and they have a 60 day return window if you don't like it.
Oh and it was shipped 2 days after ordering. Ordered on the 11th. Shipping email reiterated my prescription back to me which is nice to confirm.
