i literally just did this today, but from an older link. Their was a landing page with some sort of code to show the associate at CS desk (I guess). I saved this on my phone. However once I made an account (last week), paid my $45 and logged in, that page was changed to a page showing my membership # and I couldn't get the old page back. I went to pick up my membership card, and mentioned there should be a 45 GC on my account to the CS lady. She said if there is it will be applied when you check out. Well sure enough, I check out and there's no discount. I left just thinking maybe the promo had ended or something and not wanting to hassle with it. Any tips? is it too late now?

Also now that I'm logged into my Sam's account if I click that link in the OP I get just get the normal Sam's website.

are you referring to this link? not sure how you can prove that you signed up through this link but give the code to customer service to see if the rep can give you the gift card.

Yeah that was probably the link I used. The expiration date was later than now, so April 30 sounds right.

Also noticed auto-renew is on my membership per the above comment. Does that mean I did it right and if so where's my GC?

I had the same issue. Below is the fine print from Sams club. Ask the manager to enter this gift card code. I got it on the second time i visited Sams Club. Talk to manager if the customer service membership rep couldn't do it.

I don't have discover offer. But people who used discover said it took 2 statements to get it credited. Talk to discover customer care rep if you want to double confirm.

It's possible that they gave you a digital gift card through email or something, but if you got it in store usually they hand you a gift card in store in my experience..
