Intel Macs are essentially dead. They are being replaced by syrtems with M CPUs.

That price is completely offensive. Does apple not comprehend the word clearance?

Any idea how much to fix display that died on 2013 or 2012 iMac? Or is that something I could easily learn to DIY?
Worked great before it died. Or I would be happy with a 2015, What $ Could I get One of those for? And where?
I guess if I went back to Pc's at this point, I wouldn't be able to get iMessages anymore? Or is there a way to get them on Pc's?

I've never had a real iMac before, so I have no idea how to fix its display.
If you want to build a custom mac, you can buy parts and follow this guide to make a "Mac" for yourself: https://www.tonymacx86.com/thread...pc.285366/

Last architecture transition they only supported the os upgrades for 3-4 years.
They are doing 7 for Mac right now.
(Late 2013 MacBook Pro is supported by Big Sur however it has bricked some of them)

And the resale value of these intel Macs are going to drop.

So god forbid they have an actual sale.

Hackintosh-ing can be annoyingly time consuming and there are unfixable issues like DRM copyright

I wanted to buy one of the new iMac desktop computers with M1 chip. I have always had Windows computer. Friend of mine has iMac, iPad, iPhone. He told me to get an iPad and see how I like it.

I don't mind spending the money for iMac but I can wait for new chip if I have to.
