I've been wanting to switch over to the full frame Sony from my GH3. Any benefits to spending the extra money on the A7III versus this A7II? Any known issues that would steer you away from the A7II?

The A7RII shoots in 4k and 42mp. The A7II does not offer 4K and has a 24mp. I loved the A7RII until i finally upgraded to the A7RIV
