What does "Buy $60, Get $xxx" mean?

Some of the items claim you "get $100+" if you buy $60 which doesn't make sense to me.

So, hypothetically, you could cancel the order and still get the $15 gift card. I could see people abusing this. Just getting infinite free $15 gift cards by cancelling the orders before they ship.

Looks like you need to forward order confirmation mail from sams to P&G.. It says 2 per account. I tried to register an email that's not registered with Sams and tried to send order confirmation with image and I got this response
" It appears that you have submitted multiple images. Please resubmit one receipt image at a time"

So, eventually I had to register my friends email (associated with Sams) with P&G and forward the order email to get Credit..

Bottom line: May not be too easy to abuse

Good to know. I'm not a fan of when people abuse deals, because it ruins it for everybody.
