Recommendations for a supermatica espresso machine?
I presume you got auto-corrected out of writing "super-automatic?" If so, here's the scoop.
*All* Lavazza beans are compatible with super-autos. I've been feeding my Jura Lavazza beans since I bought it 10 years ago.
As for a taste profile, I'd start with 3 Lavazza varieties: Super Crema, Tierra!, and Gran Crema.
I tend to brew Super Crema, but I have started liking the sharper profile of the Tierra! blend, and I KNOW I dislike Super Crema, but I don't know your taste profile.
Any recommendations for a good bean that goes well as a latte?
As the latte is an espresso-based drink, dark-roasted espresso beans will be best. Maybe getting few different whole been blends would help to find best one for your taste

I really liked Gran Crema and Crema e aroma. I had seen everyone recommend super Crema and have been unimpressed with it. Crema e aroma seems more chocalatey to me.

Thanks, but to clarify, do you like or dislike Super Crema?
Great deal. It includes Qualita Oro Whole Bean Coffee at a great price $12.41.
Yeah - that caught my eye, too. Normally I'd grab the Crema e Aroma (which I will still do) but it's tempting to try the Oro. I remember being unimpressed by the Qualità Rossa (too bland, IMO - I've come to realize that "hints of chocolate" is code for "kinda subtle"), but perhaps the Oro is better?

As others have said, Crema e Aroma is a good choice. I find Super Crema a nice alternative as well. You want want something that cuts through the milk a bit, which preferentially means a blend that includes robusta beans.

That's correct. It's posted in this thread. I usually get couple and share with my family and friends
