I bring my gym clothes, shaker bottle, large laptop for work, etc. Just need to carry around a lot throughout the day.

I use this for work and love it. Keeps my laptop, some papers, rain jacket, water bottle etc all secure without killing the back. Also extra space in the winter for the gloves, hat etc.
