I'm in California, so it's important to have a power bank to recharge cellphones without removable batteries, especially during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (windy days) [ca.gov], wildfire season, firestorm(!) season, hurricane/tornado (I was stunned by the tornado warning) season, mudslide season, flood season, and earthquakes.
It's also a good idea to have backup cellular service with the other two major cellular providers (via a MVNO) because when there's finally a cellular connection, the backhaul may be down...
Back to the product.
It seems like input and output is limited to 10 watts, lower than average.
Most power banks can take 18w USB -C input, recharging much more quickly, some can take 45 - 60 watts charging input.
The 4 LED state of charge indicator lacks precision and can be difficult to see. Other powerbanks show percentage.
For $14, its normal price, not great. I would buy at sub $10.
