Yes it says its a digital GC. So bogus info but a real email.

They COULD... but prob won't. So if I'm in a hotel in CA but live in NY I can't fill this out? I don't think they will bother. Whatever... $5 for 2 seconds. I already had the photo from Sam Adams. Lets see what happens.

No matter what one does online its going to be tracked. There are sites out there that combine all your public records and its WAY too much info out there.
