I have had this for three months. Overall a good phone, screen is sharp, battery life is great, fast enough for most users. The bad is some games will tax the phone, the screen is not bright enough, its heavy and big phone.

Does the usb cable that comes with this phone work with data transfers when plugging into a computer? I can't seem to change it to file transfer. All of the options are grayed out. Can only charge.

Have you enabled developer options? I seem to recall needing to do that with recent Moto phones.

I had to call the automated phone support to reset my pin# for voicemail, and that took about 5 minutes. Overall, I am very happy with this deal.

I had the same problem. I ended up using Bluetooth to transfer, and that worked great

FYI - mine is updating to android 11 right now.
Edit - feels a little smoother after reboot, security software is still out of date (Feb).
Didn't get any notice, just happened to be checking for current security update.

Disable USB debugging, go to Settings, Connected device, USB, USB preferences and choose file transfer.

Anyone else have the cheap case crack already? I only dropped the phone 4-5 times and the rubberish case had a corner crack off. I am buying a better one but overall - very happy especially w/ the update to Android 11.
