I have had this for three months. Overall a good phone, screen is sharp, battery life is great, fast enough for most users. The bad is some games will tax the phone, the screen is not bright enough, its heavy and big phone.

It was the cable. I bought a cable on ebay and the phone connects to my computer now. The cable Tracfone provided has no data wires on it. Bought two phones and both had a charge only cable.

You do get what you paid for. I had to cut the top of the volume and power buttons openings off since those were so close the buttons and blocked me from pressing down.

This is the best current Tracfone that you can get. I was under the impression that people tossed the case that comes with the phone in the garbage. Buy a real case.
