This model is being replaced by the x90j so if they don't sell at this price it'll drop.

If you're a gamer and care about 120hz 4K or VRR you may want to take a pass as it doesn't seem likely this model will ever really support it even though Sony said it would.

Great TV, I got it BF 2020 for 999. I think the 4k/120hz thing is overblown, since sources for that are few.

Once the GPU supply is back it'll be more important, at least for those who use TVs as a monitor.

You are misinformed. They released a update and it supports 4K120 VRR ALLM eARC over hdmi 2.1 which takes full advantage of the xbox series x. I know this because I have both.

AFAIK the 4k120 is out but not vrr yet
