I wish they had some specifically for kids. Kids are most affected by the covid lockdowns and now in good weather, they'd otherwise be taken out so much more often. I see some nature category videos that I'm considering to stream for my kids but frankly all they'd want to do is look at different animals, they're not at a stage where they can even comprehend, forget appreciate conservation efforts and detailed biology etc.

It says on the Amazon Explore page that you can ask your guide to buy stuff and ship it to you. I saw this video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjmGH_SHK9c) the other day showing plenty of stock for both nVidia and AMD GPU's in Taipei stores. So I booked a session on Amazon Explore for a tour of Ximending shopping district. I'm going to ask my host to buy me an RTX 3080/3090 or two (depending on the price) and ship it to me. Smilie I wonder if anyone here has tried that (purchased a GPU overseas and had it shipped to the States). Do I have to pay the 25% tariff and/or other duties?

This could be one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of. Sure if it's 'free' go for it, but who in God's name would pay $40-60 for these 'experiences'? Unreal.
Wait until you hear about NFTs.

Lots of people hating here, but I think this sounds kinda neat. Some of these probably make more sense than others... like if all you're looking for is a video of a stroll through a certain area, you can almost certainly find that on Youtube. But getting to talk to someone one-on-one and ask questions or request to get a closer look at something sounds cool. I'm in for a free session anyway.

Stupid idea. But I have seen worse. Visual experience is only one part of the true experience when going on vacation or visiting a place. Touch, smell and interaction with these will be different. Also getting out is hard to replicate.
So true. An important part of my international travel is eating local foods and in some cases hot springs (Japan) Those cant be done virtually. In terms of exploration, I would rather be playing AC Odyssey than doing a virtual Athens tour.

Check out virtual tutors, or out school. I sign my kids up for virtual classes on any subject they are interested in

If there was a visit to the "sketchy neighborhood" experience, I'd be down.

Not quite there yet. We need something like that Mars travel company in the movie Total Recall. That may be at least somewhat convincing.
