It has two full user upgradable Ram slots and you can go up to 64GB. Also it has two M.2 NVMe Slot so that you can expand the storage without replacing the existing drive. I don't know how this laptop compares to the computers you mentioned. I've been out of the computer market for a while, I'm still learning what tech and prices are available nowadays.
