WOW, hopefully you aren't judged to heavily for a comment this dumb....
i'm pretty sure this TV in my guest room for the infrequent times someone stays the night will pass muster with my friends and family, i can't think of one of them that is shallow enough to even think about it.

If you actually need a Roku I would say that is a very cheap added option to go from a 32" to a 43" which is a huge difference...especially if being used a computer monitor AND the 43" is 1080P versus 720P for the 32"

A 1080p 43" sceen is pretty bad for a monitor. At that point (and really anything above 38") you really need to go to 4k.
Way back around 2005, I paid about $1300 for a 32" JVC LCD (yes, LCD) TV. That was the beginnings of flat screen TVs. How times have changed!! This is a good deal for the kid's room. In for one.
Anyone know how the viewing angle is on this? Didn't see it on the specs. Wanting to upgrade the kids tv you can't see from the bed when it's on a tall dresser.

Not good at all for monitor. Resolution is not gonna work.
Not good at all for TV unless it's for Nintendo video games per say (nothing against Nintendo, just an example).
But the price is outstanding otherwise. I have a 720 pixel TV and it is for my dog to watch. So there you go.
But $100 for 720p is a tough sell when garbage-tier 4K TVs have been near $200.
