Total cost = $672 + 3 months of service ($120) - Prepaid Card ($300) = $492
THE GOOD
$300 Mastercard Virtual Card on Port-In.
90 days minimum service required
Fully Unlocked from Day 1 (Confirmed with Customer Support)
Verizon's Network (Similar to Visible)
THE BAD
90 days minimum service required
No Party Pay Like Visible and only one plan for $40/Month
Reviews for the App/Support are significantly worse than Visible
Visible is NOT an approved port in provider for this deal.
THE UGLY
The fine print says that once you meet requirements, the mastercard takes up to EIGHT weeks to be sent and they send it as an activation code to your email address in your yahoo mobile profile. So I assume that means you can't cancel for 5 months? I'm not sure and couldn't confirm this.
Yahoo has a history of data breaches. Can't say it has changed after being acquired by Verizon.
Lastly, list of approved carriers for port in:
AT&T
AT&T Prepaid
Boost Mobile
Consumer Cellular
Cricket Wireless
FreedomPop
Google Fi
MetroPCS
Mint Mobile
Net10 Wireless
Page Plus Cellular
Republic Wireless
Spectrum Mobile
Sprint
Straight Talk
T-Mobile
T-Mobile Prepaid
Ting
Total Wireless
TracFone
US Cellular
Verizon
Virgin Mobile USA
Walmart Family Mobile
Xfinity Mobile
Total cost = $672 + 3 months of service ($120) - Prepaid Card ($300) = $492
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk!
https://www.yahoomobile
So it would be $555 After the $300 rebate.
Ps. OP, I think you should add in the title 3 months of service is required, as it's misleading 👍

so I got it ordered, but who knows if it will port over since it's not my number, but he gave me permission and all the info himself to give them. People buy numbers form ebay to port, so i assume it doesn't matter whose name is on it...
It looks like you can also get the $300 for an iphone 12 mini, and smaller gift card amounts for cheaper phones ($100 for an SE, for example). More expensive phones still cap out at $300.

Also, not only similar to visible, it "is" visible's plan. Was just reading an article saying don't get yahoo because it's the same exact plan visible has, except you can't do party pay or w/e it's called. But obviously yahoo is giving the $300, not visible, so that's why ot still do it.
I also had to try transferring a relative's number where I can now use it and then my CC company declined and made me call their fraud line. So frustrating how complicated it was to get it processed and now no clue if there will be an issue with the porting. Then in the email it didn't have my city name in ship to address and used my yahoo entered name where I just do an initial for last name. Such a headache. lol. And then it may turn our I won't like apple, anyway, and it will probably be $100 less somewhere soon.
I hope people are correct that they come unlocked.
