Vitamix has never and will never make a glass container because it'd be a safety hazard due to how high powered they are. There is a stainless steel container option though if you don't want to use the plastic ones
Good find. If my 10+ year-old 5200 wasn't still going strong I'd be all over this, especially for the dishwasher safe containers.

Great Deal
I was waiting for it to come as usually $100 off comes in but $120 is rare and last seen 2 years back. Hope all enjoy it.
PS: this is my first post so please be generous Smilie

How does this compare to the V1200 refurb at $300? Seems like extra dry container isn't worth add'l $100-150, and guess just matters how you value the 5 extra years warranty on new with its 10 yr vs. 5 year on refurbs.

Think the V1200 also has timer which is nice vs. this one doesn't

Just pulled the trigger on the red. Wanted an Ascent and the dry+personal cups. This was too good to pass up.

Dang. Literally just bought their E320 bundle in-store yesterday for my wife's upcoming birthday. She knows it's coming, and indicates she really doesn't care about presets, self-detect, etc, but she had mentioned the dry grains attachment one time. The $170 extra is tough pill to swallow, not sure if I can justify, even though this does seem to be a great deal

Worth spending the extra $ over the $300 320 series? Reviews are not great...

Same. The $299 for the e320 plus $99 value PCA kit is great

They need to go back to making glass containers I had a couple blenders that had glass instead of a plastic container to blend in

Agreed. I hate how the plastic containers get cloudy from use. They turn out so ugly looking

You can always return that to Costco and buy this Smilie
I myself was very confused at first but finally went for Accent series which has good smart feature plus this costco package is loaded with extra jars worth more than $400 itself plus 10yr warranty

I'm still trying to think if I want to keep it. I don't want steaming plastic if I make soups. Really want a glass container. It's why I've held off all these years. Also they're loud as hell. They need come with that noise reduction cover

Very True. They want us to spend more money to buy there Stainless steel version jar :-D which do come on costco sometimes for $50 less at $149.99 and same goes for food processor attachment which will basically replace ur two unit to one which is cool but again adding up its expensive 😣
