Saw this in my local store when picking up my dolly. My particular Napa also had the 2 drawer packout in stock at $130, and the 3 drawer for $145. Also good deals, but I won't make a separate post.

Great deal, thanks OP. I bought this a few months ago cause it's packout and I have to, thinking I wouldn't use it much. I'm actually surprised at how often I need a flat surface to work on and am thankful I bought it. At $35 it's a deal.

Yes it can. It mentions in the description that it is fastener ready and can have stuff mounted to it. Just be mindful of the 50lb weight capacity.
