Every tool in this kit is trash. The only way they can sell them is in large kits like this. But even at those prices, the kit as a whole is a terrible value.

I wouldn't say EVERY tool in this kit is trash. Even DeWalt's brushed tools will serve the average DIY Homeowner pretty good. But I do agree that even at $100 off this kit is still overpriced.

"Slick" for this set would be $300 or less. It's an absolute joke at It's current price.

I think i wheeled and dealed my way through and have a all brushless Makita tools for around this dewalt price: high-end xdt16 Impact driver and xph14 hammer drill, Reciprocating saw, grinder, 36v 7.25" circular saw, xwt08z high torque wrench, LED spotlight, also a $29 xwt11 brushless Chinese knock-off mid torque wrench, brushed makita jig (Makita brushless jig is never on deals), 36v blower, 4x5.0ah batteries, dual quick charger = $743 after running it through the calculator.

If I included the crazy $139 Amazon makita bandsaw, 5.0ah, grinder deal, you could lop off another $200, making my total an amazing $543!

I do have a battery converter for using the cheap ryobi inflater and vacuum. They both work great.

Did recently venture into the Milwaukee M12 line with the $49 screwdriver kit deal, got both the fuel 3/8 stubby impact and 3/8 right angle impact for $184 and the rocket light kit with 6.0ah for $129 (light was lukewarm deal but I needed it at the time). Now all I need (want) is a fuel extended ratchet.

I don't know why I wrote all my tool deals out, must be the coffee ☕

If you bought this kit and tried to flip...you would be lucky to break even.

BTW, the "free" Makita bandsaw from the Amazon deal has been my greatest SD score to date.

Edit... no TD from me...learning moment for OP on the deep water of tool deals.
