The majority of cell phones and tablets will charge fastest at 18w PD, so if you use both ports at the same time, you'll end up with longer charge time. 21 watts divided by 2 is 10.5 watts.

I ordered this for $13 with 10% off coupon plus after I got it there was a invite card that promised if I submitted a positive review I would get a $10 Amazon card. Sure enough Amazon Digital $10 gift card arrived a couple days after I submitted the review netting me this 40 watt adapter for under $4 after tax
