We bought this from another vendor and it didn't last long. Just a moderate amount of wind and the water dish would fly out of its holder. A little more wind, which we got often, and the other items would empty their seeds. Also, although deep in the ground it would tilt and we had to keep straightening it.

It did work with the suet holder, kind of....

This looks a little flimsy.. Home Depot Vigoro 84 or 64 in hooks, super solid, cheap, get a few of those, and then watch squirrels destroy your feeders, but it's fun until squirrels chase birds away, if you can put these in the middle of lawn with no trees for squirrels to jump from, and grease the pole, then it won't be easy for them to get to the seeds.

I have this. Any weight from the feeder it leans and lists. The squirrels love to sit in the plastic caps. It's the perfect perch to compliment the squirrels all you can eat buffet.

The metal rod is flimsy. Pvc pipe would be stronger. I think a shower curtain rod hack thicker guage metal.

If you don't care, $9 is perfect.

I thought it was like a Trader Joe's. Amazon's is usually where I get my bird gear.

Because os squirrels issues, I am just keeping bird water bath where lots of birds and drink and play in them, for two years I used to put the bird feed which usually consumed by squirrel, I would still be fine, but one fine day they broke the siding and make home in my attic which cost me lot of money to get rid of them, never again.

squirrel problem put a baffle on it. Keep away from other structures they can jump from.

Agreed. And we needed 2 baffles...one about a foot below the other...since we had some olympic-level leapers, and some that could climb the pole and navigate around the single baffle. I began to think "baffle" was meant to describe what the squirrels' abilities & ingenuity did to me!
