Oh, you have stats about SD rebates? If $3 Million was the amount paid out - what was the amount in rebates filed for / requested by SD members? Or, what was the amount in denied and unpaid rebates? How many tickets were opened for support / research? How many of those tickets were actually resolved? How many of those tickets never got responded to at all?

Did you not read any of the feedback from users? The main points raised so far are:

1. SD Rebates was not great and left a bad taste in many users' mouths
2. The browser extension seems pretty invasive and also seems like an odd way of tracking CB when compared to every other site that does it
3. SD Cashback is already wonky - can't checkout, purchases not tracking, etc.

I know they've hung out the 'Under New Management' sign with assurances that this process won't be the same, but it's kind of already starting to sound the same. SD is asking individuals to open tickets or interact directly with Mods / Staff to work through wonkiness.

Don't get me wrong - I hope it works, I hope it's great, and I think something like this is LONG overdue. At first glance, however, it doesn't seem like this is going to live up to the potential and hopes / expectations of users.

How about allocating some revenue to improve the SD app. It seems to get somewhat frequent updates, but still is pretty underwhelming and buggy.

Yep, never got a $50 rebate from them and never heard anything back from my support ticket either. Prefer to give my business to other trustworthy cash back sites.

Hi, we built this to end the long wait times and issues we saw with Rabates. We have already paid out more in Rewards than we could in Rebates because of the way we designed it to work with our users shopping experiences. I hope you give it a try, but if not at least DM me and we can look into this missing rebate for you.

You just have to purchase something that is $3.01 before taxes and shipping and you'll get the full $3. Gift cards are excluded.
