i did file a ticket originally and since March they just stopped responding to my ticket

Like i dont understand how you can claim this program and extension are for "maximizing the savings for our customers", when you blacklist the other cb sites from being spoken about. Clearly this is not an attempt to help customers but to ensure the other cb sites dont take away sd revenue........

Why are you starting/basing your program on a false premise ?
I'll probably never see this $3 since your cash back system requires the use of a computer extension instead of an app or website like all the other ones. Plus I've heard bad things about the reliability of this beta extension so I'm not really willing to commit to this one.
