Hopefully there are some 128gb pixel 3xl's that will hit these sales.

My 3xl has been a champ for 2.5 years. Wouldn't mind replacing it with a new one.

I've had mine since it was released and I think this might be the first time I haven't had an itch to upgrade to a new phone. Absolutely no complaints.

Considering the lack of security updates after October.. just how important is this?

Also, the 4a 128gb is $350 .. no wireless charging, not completely waterproof (but probably good enough) and will get updates for another 2.5 years.

Battery replacement is $80 for my 3 XL at ubrakeifix .. though not sure I trust them with such a complicated battery replacement.

My battery life has become abysmal. Otherwise I love my 3 XL

I believe the 3 and the 4a have the same camera.

My dilemma is about the security updates. I can root my current 3xl to keep them coming. I can't root this phone from the OP.

Still have my original Pixel. I would even consider keeping and replacing the battery (yes, looks a bit tough but doable). Are those after market batteries any good? how do I pick a good one? I don't want to go through the pain of replacing it and then having it fail 3 months later.
