I know it's not the newest version of their tech (hence the Home Depot selloff), but if you can pick it up for OP's price, that's not a bad deal. I'll give a thumbs up with a heavy YMMV warning.
Home Depot has a habit of pulling down web listings for items that end up on the clearance shelf. If it's a sale, then yes they'll list it, but not if it's clearance.

I was in HD yesterday for another reason, and looked for the Wyze Black cams. Supposed to have 39. Per clerk, been OOS for months.
I've had better luck with HD than Walmart, but as these are unknown prices in the clearance section, it can vary pretty heavily on stock & price.
My usual suggestion is if you already have to go to the store for something else, stop by clearance and check for a brickseek deal.

like 6EyedDinosaurs, i do have better luck with hd than walmart.
however, they couldnt find just 1 out of their 6 bathroom exhausted fans anywhere in their store.
i think they just started to clear these out. the price could be this low at about 5% of the stores nationwide for now. i did call in their store inventory automate system to check for the price and its still at full price of $109 almost everywhere.

This kit includes the old Wyze sensors. They have new versions of the sensors now, at least in part because there were issues with the old sensors bricking when the batteries died. I wouldn't consider the sensors adding much value to the kit.

Added price to my title, it also shows the price from the form field.
