The laptop by itself was a front page deal at $583 just the other day. The adapter is pretty useful. Just $75 more for the monitor and the adapter is an awesome value. But the low review ratings on this laptop are a concern.

Free monitor can be sold for ~ $120(monitor worth it for the price
Adapter worth about ~40
Use 10% or 15% coupon to make it sweeter
Use Amex 100 off 500 if you have
Using all the above coupon/ offers will bring the price close to ~540 to ~560 for the laptop, monitor and adapter

Can you share the referenced coupon codes?
And, any idea which monitor it comes with?

Do you (or anyone else if not) know if the RAM is upgradeable on this machine?
Was looking at a 14" 5000 series and it is (up to 32 GB), but...can't seem to find a definitive answer on this machine (14 7000 series).
