You have to click on the Contact Us link. If chat hours are in operation, then you will see link to call OR chat. Chat may not be available on Sundays.

No a membership certainly isn't. But an online coupon for select members is (practically speaking). You act as though this isn't a common practice. New members also get select online/in store offers, Executive members get perks, credit cards often offer select perks, Best Buy, heck even Safeway gives me j4u coupons based off my shopping patterns, list goes on. Imagine feeling so entitled to something you never bargained for...

Thanks, that seems to be my biggest issue with this. A lot of items are marked up online so hard to tell if I'm getting a good price with the code.

A lot of posts saying that they got tires that were on sale but it seems like all of the ones with the installation discount are out of stock? Never really bought tires from them before but how often do they restock them? Have a feeling that this coupon will expire before I'll be able to use it.

Edit: Was looking to get BFGoodrich - Advantage T/A Sport. Either those or some Bridgestones which may go on sale by then hopefully (no Michelins but those are OOS anywho).

I had good luck with my chat this morning (first try) but maybe you would have better luck calling because a lot of people in this thread had bad luck with the chat. When I chatted all I said basically was that I knew a couple of people who had received the promotional email but I didn't get one despite being signed up for their emails. Maybe a lot of it has to do with timing. They probably start to get mad after the 1000th time of people asking that day or something. Or maybe it just depends on who you get and what they had for breakfast.
