You probably need to be registered to to receive exclusive promotions and member benefits from Costco via email.
- press on the "Sign in / Register" link on the homepage.
- once logged in to "My Account" navigate to "My Preferences"
- check the box that reads: "I want to receive exclusive promotions and member benefits from Costco via email." and save preferences.
Not sure if this will work but I am trying it since I was not registered for their emails and didn't get the code yet.
Edit: Might be true for some, but I was enrolled in this already and I didn't get either of the promotions.
