23mph is very fast. $1600+ is very expensive. I can see how some people easily have the budget for something like this but I definitely don't haha.

already have the "regular" white one. I'll take a deal on the motor and hook it up to the white go kart for higher top speed.

Kids ride these on my street without helmets. Seems pretty stupid of the parents...

Totally worth it over the regular one. I have 2 regular and 2 pro and the pro is better in so many ways other than just the speed increase. At this price, its a no brainer. I actually just went to bestbuy to price my past order and they wouldnt lol

It usually $1800 at bestbuy and you can add a 2 year warranty to it, which i recommend. So in theory this is a $200 savings

Yeah but the steering is better and also it has a speaker. But yeah majority of the benefit comes from the wheels, which will be $900+ by themselves (ninebot s max), like increased speed, better braking, and antiroll back feature

Not sure if Segway.com charges sales tax but Segway Los Angeles has no sales tax shipped on a regular price. FYI. At least for me to WA.

already own 2 of the regulars (15mph max) - good for the kids

im waiting for the S Max to be delivered from the indiegogo/kickstarter they did

i am hooking it up to 2 regular go carts i bought from a guy from offerup who thought he was buying the whole thing when he paid for it, so only cost me $450 a piece for the go cart kit + cost of smax via indiegogo (forget what it was at the moment) , but still hundreds less than this

that being said, this is a good deal considering the price they were trying to get originally
