i dont like the double sided remote. It is best to have these remotes mounted... you dont want people touching these things ... a one sided remote with all the functions mounted on the wall is what you want ... the whole point is not to touch anything, right ?!
I bought this from Costco. My wife and I totally love it.
We think that this is the best gift we gave to ourself as a couple who don't need anything else.
I'm looking to buy one but mixed reviews are turning me away. Most of the negative ones say either weak pressure, bad aim for the sprayer, dryer burns one cheek or not good enough to stay, and heated seat is always one, memory does not remember temperature, hot water is not instant, and few said it is too small. Anybody has input especially regarding water pressure and aiming which are the main reason to get a bidet.
I upgraded to this from the 6800. This one has much weaker pressure but does have "unlimited" hot water. I really dislike the remote as its double sided and triggers my automatic soap dispenser. This was the price I paid at Costco also.

All in all I would go with a different model.
Greetings, how does it trigger your automatic soap dispenser? Thanks.
I bought this the last time the deal came up. I am utterly disappointed with it. I must have gotten a broken model, as there's no way any of the things I have experienced should be normal.
Most significantly, the nozzle which washes only comes all the way out like 10% of the time. It's so frustrating trying to actually wash yourself when the nozzle doesn't come out, and water just ends up spraying into the bottom of the seat.
Not a huge fan of the remote.
The pressure could be higher.
I'd agree with the air dryer burning one cheek as well.
The bubble mode stopped working altogether.
All in all, I will be returning mine when a better model goes on sale. Glad I bought it from costco.
FWIW, for the first month I owned it, before it started crapping out, I did enjoy having it. But given all the trouble I've had since then, I'd steer clear of this shitty model.
I have it for past 5 months and absolutely love it. Water pressure is nice for me at the lowest settings. Continuous hot water is a boon. I never use the dryer function as I tend to use 2 square to dab it dry. Night light is cool feature and can be turned off. Heated seat is heavenly during winter nights...all in all I am happy and going to buy 4 more to replace all my toilet seats
