Customized and ordered one of these March 13th. Estimated ship date was April 12th. April 13th I got an email saying it was delayed another month. I called and cancelled. When I got my refund a week later, they did not refund my extended warranty, even though i ordered it at the same time. Had to call them again. Not cool.

Had one and return, the keyboard's letters are really hard to see. Key press are sort of flimsy too. Other than that, the spec and display are decent

Yeah IDK what's with Dell and HP these days and silver keyboards. They look cheap and are hard to read.

If you pick the 256 GB Intel® SSD + 16 GB Intel® Optane™ memory you're getting the slower SSD which is a 2.5" and reads and writes to a max of 500GB/sec. Go with the faster 256GB NVMe for the same price and not the Intel SSD plus Intel Optane one!

Dude, don't suggest if you don't really know. That is a Intel H10 PCIe NVMe ssd with 16GB optane integrated as Cache drive in the PCB as Optane memory is faster than normal flash based storage. Google Intel H10 and you'll get the details.
