Here are some unadvertised specials that I found at my local Aldi's, although availability and prices might be different at your local store. YMWV

The first three items are at $.49 - less than half a buck.

A box of 1 dozen large Goldhen eggs - Limit 6 boxes and yes, on sale for $.49 a box
A review/advertisement of Goldhen eggs can be found at https://www.aldireviewer.com/goldhen-eggs/

The next two items look like clearance sales to me:

4 rolls of Snow Soft TP - Total 123.8 sq ft. for $.49
Average quality of soft 2 ply at an amazing price of .396 cent/sq. ft

1 quart of Envirocleanse Antibacterial Disinfectant- Bleach Free
Use for cleaning of hard non-porous surfaces

Finally, a 1 lb. jar of Southern Grove Peanuts at $1.49

Aldi's does have a delivery option and curbside pickup if you register with them, but I'm not familiar with how this works. I think, although I might be wrong, that the sale prices may only be in-store.

If you have an Aldi's near you and never go there, they also have good prices on bread, peanut butter, and other items. I like their Hummus ($1.95 for 10 oz of Roasted Red Pepper or Significantly Spicy), Cottage Cheese ($1.59 for 24 oz.) and Sparkling Water ($.55 for 1 qt.)

What's the deal with everyone calling it Aldi's lately?

Same! Aldi is short for Albrecht Discount. Aldi is not anyone's name.

My So Cal Aldi had the Free Range dozen eggs for 99 cents. I never look in that section because I get the usual 1.49 dozen, so it was pretty surprising to see!
Will drop by today to check price, but probably won't see 99 cents or lower. This store is in an upscale neighborhood (less pressure on low prices).

Aldi vs Lidl there is no comparison. Aldi is by far the co. with the cheapest prices. Compare an Aldi packaged product and the same Lidi packaged product with the same packaging and Aldi is Much Much Cheaper by far. Anyone who chooses Lidl over Aldi probably has not closely compared prices. I've found about 90% of the prices on exact packaging are cheaper at Aldi. Lidl beats Aldi at having more sq footage, their larger stores and carry more product but Aldi by far has the cheaper prices.

Aldi is a little cheaper than Lidl for me, but not "much much cheaper". Aldi prices depend a lot of which specific store you shop at, so that makes a difference as well.

Must be in a flyover state. We have new requirements for number of chickens allowed in a certain space. And no one here will drink rbst. So we pay $3 for dozen eggs and $4 gallon milk.
I love in NYC and don't pay nearly that much for eggs. Milk, maybe.

Also, it's hard to do a comparison between Whole Foods and Aldi for prices.

Since Pandemic, supermarkets have no incentive to give low prices. Prices have actually been up since most restaurants were closed. I have to hit Dollar Tree for .99 medium eggs.

Well on the flip side, there is a huge amount of food and supplies packaged for restaurant use that then had to go somewhere - so you'd see 50lb bags of salt for sale for cheap, things like that.

Still the cheapest of my local stores, but I miss the 79 or 99 cents.
Jeez. Eggs are usually 50-80 cents here in NW IL.

Chicken is always 99c a lb. I love our Aldi.
