If you select the below options, the CART Price will be $1403.99 and you can apply the Coupon 10GAMER2021 (10% over $1399), you'll get final price of $1263.59

Ryzen 5 5600G + 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4 + 512GB PCIe SSD + 1TB HDD + 400W PSU
  • Under Processor, select "AMD Ryzen 5 5600G (3.9 GHz up to 4.4 GHz , 16 MB L3 cache, 6 cores)"
  • Under Memory, select 16 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB) [+$120]
  • Under Secondary storage, select 1 TB HDD storage [+$49]
  • Under Storage, select "512 SSD storage"
  • Under Graphics Card, select "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB GDDR6 dedicated)"
  • Under Chassis and Power supply, select "Shadow black front bezel, Acid Green Chrome logo with 400W Power supply"
In that way, you are spending just $90.35 extra to get twice the memory in 8GBx2 configuration and one 1TB HDD which is similar if you buy those components yourself. The Ram option is much attractive in my opinion as that will allow you to have the desired 8GBx2 configuration, rather than buying a 16GB kit and save the headache reselling the 4GBx2 modules

MOTHERBOARD INFORMATION
HP uses a customized uATX motherboard called Erica6 in this build. This is based on AMD B550A chipset which is a cut down version of AMD B550 Chipset without the PCIe 4.0 Support.

For those just interested in the video card:

If you go with the fewest options with the 3060, the total comes to $1040.

The 3060 alone is selling for around $900 on eBay.
FYI: the 5600G is a new cpu with integrated graphics and should not be confused with 5600X. Not saying that is bad, but do homework as there are other differences too that may impact your performance expectations.
Yea, same statement every year....

400w PSU seems a bit underpowered for the graphics card

Yes, and thanks for clarifying that so that people can understand the difference,

5600G is basically based on Cezanne die, same as the mobile Ryzen chips like 5600H or 5800H.
  • It has 16MB L3 Cache vs 32MB in 5600X
  • It has only PCIe Gen 3 support, not PCIe Gen 4.
  • It has VEGA 7 Integrated Graphics running at 1900 MHz. The performance should be slightly higher than a Nvidia MX250 Mobile chip

Seems like they should sell out very fast if that's the case?

My total comes out to 1173 before taxes...seems slick if the gpu costs 900 bucks? Saw a couple of thumbs down so just wanna check before I pull the trigger here...

The motherboard have video outputs on it? If so you could yoink out the RTX card and still have a useable machine to use/sell.

Yup, this seems like a pretty good deal, at least in my eyes. Just remember that this GPU is $329 MSRP, but MSRP is a joke at this point since it's quite literally impossible to find this GPU under $900. Personally, I'd upgrade to 2 x 8 = 16GB of RAM, but the upgrade here seems to be a bit overpriced ($120), so just go with the 2 x 4 GB and upgrade down the line for cheaper. I also think that you probably shouldn't worry about a CPU bottleneck in most games, either. But in total, this is a pretty capable gaming machine, if you were worried about that at all.
