I purchased a office home and student 2019 key and it was already used so was the replacement they sent to me so I called Microsoft and they told me the key came from china region and was not authorized from Microsoft so I requested a refund from this suspect website!

OP needs to update their post, because on the groupon site for this deal there is an extra 20% off coupon.

Comes out to $48 when checking out.

I just applied the code TAKE10 while signed in and it didnt work but auto offered me 20% code.. checkout is $48..not a bad deal.

I just used coupon "save10" and it technically didn't work but offered me $30 off so I got the Home and business ($120 total). Registered my voucher and got my download and key within 20 mins.

Does this include Outlook and download that does not expire? $60 or less with coupon? Sounds pretty good if you need office if it does in fact include Outlook, Word, Excel-

It's a lifetime license.. no subscription. Home and Student does not have Outlook but it's still a good deal on this package. Outlook only comes with the Business package.

I bought 2 when the 20% code was active for $48 each. It was a little weird in that you ahve to message them from their website with your voucher code, then wait for an email back with the key,but it did work.

They appear to be official with microsoft too:

there are are big profit about office home & student in this deal, check this link below, office home & student for windows, not for MAC, only about $9.9. Selling in Australia but global key about 1year with no problem.
