The proprietary power supply and motherboard headers in this computer mean you will run into issues with future upgrades. This is intentional, slimy, and bad for the environment.

Thank you for pointing this out! I had already placed my order and went back to cancel, and it is already "Confirmed" and cannot be cancelled only 2 minutes after I ordered. What a deceitful thing for them to do. Frown

I then tried to cancel via Chat, and of course it says "We're sorry, but chat isn't available right now. Please choose a different contact option or try again later."

Not happy with them at all...I wish I had seen this earlier, and I'll hope to give this and other comments about Premium Support more visibility so other people do not make the same mistake that I did.
